GLO-UP CHALLENGE

First of all, let’s understand what ‘Glo up’ means. Basically, it stands for a timely and personal transformation largely in terms of one’s physical appearance and confidence.
Secondly, most important, a Glo up starts mentally. I mean, accept yourself as you are because even if you lose weight to look a certain way, try and clear your skin, trying to get a thicker etc, it won’t matter if you didn’t accept yourself from the beginning. We all have flaws and when we accept them while trying to be the better version of ourselves make a huge difference. Because, self love is precious. So, love and accept yourself. And know that healthy mind equals to healthy lifestyle. Goal here if you get fit, get glowin’ and have fun.



✨The Glo-up Challenge Checklist✨

๐ŸŒŸ Smile often. Not because it’s a sign of a perfect life but a symbol of a hopeful one.๐Ÿ™‚

 ๐ŸŒŸStay hydrated. On average, drink four bottles of water a day.๐Ÿ’ง

๐ŸŒŸLook at the mirror and tell yourself you are STUNNING & BEAUTIFUL every day.๐Ÿฅฐ

๐ŸŒŸMake yourself feel happy and beautiful rather than expecting someone else. People come and go but you always have yourself. If you give someone your happiness once they go, your  happiness is gone too. Depends on yourself.๐Ÿ’‍♀️

 Trust me, you will see a huge difference in yourself. Just follow this Glo up challenge for one month and eventually it will become your habit. I will come up with another interesting challenge next month. So, stay tuned.
